Report Package Booster extends the standard 'Report Packages' feature of BusinessObjects™ XI and Crystal Enterprise™. These APOS extensions provide powerful capabilities to take full advantage of your business intelligence investment. Extend the standard report packages capability with these exciting features:

Report Consolidation to PDF with Security & Encryption

Consolidate all reports in a report package to one pdf file with:

• automatic page numbering

• automatic printing to multiple printers

• user password and/or owner password with 128 bit encryption

Report Consolidation to XLS, DOC, RTF, TXT

Consolidate all reports in a report package to one:

• 'xls' file with password protection, in one long spreadsheet

• 'xls' file in separate worksheets for each report in the report package

• 'doc' file with password protection, 'rtf' file or 'txt' file

Consolidated Report Distribution

Distribute the consolidated report by email, to a network file location or both.

Email Success/Failure Notification

Generate an automatic email notification on successful or failed processing of the report package as a whole.

Report Package Email Support

Email individual reports within the package to their own email destination.

InfoScheduler adds powerful Excel-based batch scheduling capabilities to BusinessObjects XI and Crystal Enterprise. As one of our most popular APOS BI Tools, we wanted to create a better way to show it off - our web site now hosts a brief web demo for your review.

Object Search

When importing existing instances into InfoScheduler from BusinessObjects XI or Crystal Enterprise, a new "Copy Owner Information" check box was added to import instance owner information.

APOS Freeware *Yes, It's True, Software, No Charge

We've developed a variety of useful tweaks and solutions for BusinessObjects XI and Crystal Enterprise that we offer on our web site. Note that APOS Freeware is provided complimentary and without support.

ePortfolio Tree Menu *New Version

Now available for both BusinessObjects XI and Crystal Enterprise - a set of pages that provides a tree style presentation of folders, reports and instances. Viewing instances is supported while scheduling is not supported. Simply copy the supplied pages into a separate folder, share the folder as a web site and try it out!

ActiveX-Viewer-Filter - display the select wizard and the search wizard buttons in the ActiveX viewer.

Plug-Ins Installer - identify and install missing Crystal Enterprise v.8.5/v.9 plug-in components.

Update User Preferences - bulk update of preferences settings for all Crystal Enterprise users.

ePortfolio Events tab - adds 'Event dependency' support to the standard ePortfolio Schedule page.

ePortfolio Reschedule button - 'Reschedule' right from the standard ePortfolio History page.

KPI for BusinessObjects XI and Crystal Enterprise *Testing Recognition

We're pleased to inform you that APOS KPI has passed a testing review with VeriTest, the industry-leading software testing company.

KPI creates extracted metadata about virtually all aspects of your system’s operational activity. This metadata is then available for extensive reporting analysis. Included in this solution are two server components that query your system as frequently as you wish, refreshing an external database with a wealth of information for subsequent analysis.
