RealTime Monitor for BusinessObjects XI and Crystal Enterprise *Cool new APOS BI Tool

RealTime Monitor, the newest member of the APOS BI Tools suite, is now available in Beta. With this cool new tool, APOS delivers powerful SNMP alerting, monitoring and control of all servers.

Here are just a few examples of 'Alerting' that our customers are asking for, now available with RealTime Monitor:

• Email me if the time to view reports on the system deteriorates

• Page me if any of the server components goes offline

• Let me know if our job server, page server or cache server queues exceed a threshold

• Issue an alert if system login time exceeds a threshold

• Write an event log error message for any alerts generated

Issue SNMP alerts that our operations management system will pick up

In addition to these powerful alerting capabilities, RealTime Monitor also delivers:

APOS BI Tools for BusinessObjects XI Release 2 *Development update

With BusinessObjects XI Release 2 now released to manufacturing, we plan to start a beta program with our customers in Q1 2006.

BusinessObjects XI Release 2 provides substantial functional improvements and innovations across the BusinessObjects XI platform and includes full platform-level support for Desktop Intelligence™ (formerly BusinessObjects full client) to allow a smooth transition path for all existing customers who have invested in that technology.

Please note that effective January 1, 2006, prices for all of our APOS BI Tools will be increasing. Our new prices will reflect the current costs of development and support. As our product suite grows, we continue to strive for excellence in our solutions while assisting our customers maximize their business intelligence investment.

We're excited to announce a new initiative for 2006 . . . the APOS Customer Advisory Council.

We're thrilled that 15 of our key customers and supporters have already agreed to participate . . . for the purpose of sharing thoughts and gathering feedback on our business intelligence solutions.
