Case Study - Large Employee Assistance Provider *Cool customer

“The APOS InfoScheduler tool makes managing these reports effortless. We schedule the reports to run with a start time and walk away; the next morning our entire production is completed.” says John Lawson, Crystal Reports Developer.

New

Case Study

Founded more than 20 years ago, this customer is one of the largest employee assistance providers and has recently implemented Crystal Enterprise 10. The reporting sector was faced with the task of providing approximately 2,000 reports to the accounts services department who then distributed them to external clients. Managing these reports was a large task. They were looking for an easier way to schedule these report instances.

They purchased the APOS InfoScheduler tool to meet their bulk reporting requirements. With the InfoScheduler implementation, they are able to schedule reports directly from Microsoft Excel. They have a collection of report schedule spreadsheets that are utilized as needed. Rather than re-program the reports, they plug in the necessary spreadsheets, hit schedule, and the reports run.  More . . .
