Instance Manager provides the administrator with enhanced capability to analyze the entire report instance environment at once, search for specific instance processing states within specific time periods and then optionally apply action commands to one or more report instances simultaneously.

For example, an administrator may be interested in identifying scheduled reports that have failed within the last 24 hours regardless of report group and may then wish to delete or reschedule some or all of them. An administrator may wish to print a group of reports simultaneously, once again regardless of report group.

Select report instances by wildcard folder/report name, processing status, instance owner, category, date range, within the last minute, hour, day, week, 30 days, etc. Select multiple report instances simultaneously and apply bulk actions such as delete, stop, print, reschedule, copy to folder, etc. Select a specific instance and apply actions such as view, properties, etc.

Export Instance Properties - exports to csv a comprehensive list of report instance properties, including multiple data sources, so you can perform analysis on complete instance information.

Re-schedule with Edit - powerful report rescheduling - you can select a group of already run report instances and then edit specific instance properties before rescheduling . . .

• Database Logon - modify database userid/password info

• Destination - change to any supported destination

• Format - change output format to any supported format

• Schedule - change to any supported schedule - hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, calendar, etc

• Events - change event settings

Export Properties for InfoScheduler - exports selected report instances properties to an external CSV file, formatted for importing into APOS InfoScheduler for subsequent editing and bulk scheduling.

Report Instance Archiving - create multiple archive definitions that can then be scheduled to copy and rename report instances based on age, folder, etc.
