The APOS Output Management Integration Solution combines the publishing power of APOS with the output management capabilities from LRS, in one unified solution. The solution provides Administrators with a secure platform that is built on the inherent strengths of SAP BusinessObjects, and brings end-to-end monitoring and control to your output management process. 

Deliver individual schedules

• Print Crystal Reports, Web Intelligence Reports, and Desktop Intelligence reports through LRS queues.
• Monitor job status and post success and failure notifications to the sender using the SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise Inbox folder.

Deliver report package consolidation

• Monitor job status and set correct status on the package instance according to actual job delivery status.
• Send notification Email according to the job completion and delivery of the job of SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise.

Report Bursting APOS Publisher

• Print or email Crystal Reports, Web Intelligence Reports, and Desktop Intelligence reports using LRS Enterprise Output Server.
• Monitor job status and update database status in auto recovery mode.

Report Bursting BOE Publications

• Print or email Crystal Reports, Web Intelligence Reports, and Desktop Intelligence reports using LRS Enterprise Output Server.
• Log the true status of the jobs sent to the queues.

Transaction Logging

• Track and audit full detailed status of all jobs in log file.

Additional features

• Full output accounting (to aid in e-compliance efforts).
• Use a console to monitor the queues while tying print and email jobs back to the original BOE jobs.
