Background:
This top 3 Auto Finance division of this Fortune 500 company provides financing to consumers who are either purchasing new or used vehicles through approved automobile dealers or refinancing existing vehicles.
Challenge:
Managing a constantly growing portfolio of scheduled reports using the standard SAP BusinessObjects scheduling functionality was proving to be difficult.
System Administrators were finding that scheduling and re-scheduling manually did not allow them to respond quickly enough to business and technical requirements.
Solution:
