APOS was very responsive through the evaluation process and very knowledgeable with

As a first time APOS buyer my experience was outstanding. Keith Demoe insured my
questions were answered. He answered my questions, or routed technical question
to Jason Maggiolo. Jason was superb in responding and is very knowledgable in BM
and Crystal reports.

As a testament to the value of your tools (at least InfoScheduler)....we had a situation
here just last night on our CE environment that caused me to have to reschedule
over 325 daily and monthly reports this morning. Because I had these all set up
in InfoScheduler, I was able to complete that task in very short order and get reports
out (later than usual due to our issue here, but they got out within hours of their
scheduled times). Had I not had this information in InfoScheduler, it would have
been a very long, miserable day for me today as I am getting set to go on vacation
next week...., and reports would not have gotten out in time to be of any use to
our business operations. Kudo's and Thanks!
By the way, I needed to utilize your help desk during the loading of the software
and Rob was very courteous and helpful.
