OData SAP Connectivity

SAP Applications that are able to consume OData can connect to the APOS Live Data Gateway using its OData Access Point to connect live or acquire data from a large variety of data sources. These SAP applications include
- SAP Analytics Cloud
- SAP Datasphere
- SAP HANA (SDI, SDA)
- SAP BW
- SAP BusinessObjects
The APOS Live Data Gateway’s OData Web application allows you to connect live or acquire data via the APOS Live Data Gateway to enable scenarios such as:
- Connect live to data using HANA SDA to use data from big data sources
- Acquire data into SAP HANA from applications such as SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, SAP Concur and SAP Successfactors, etc.
- Acquire the same data you can read live using the APOS Live Data Gateway, into SAP Analytics Cloud for planning and predictive analysis
- Acquire data into SAP Datasphere for storage, or read data live from big data or data appliances.
- Acquire data into SAP BW for analysis
- Read data into SAP Business Objects
Using the Live Data Gateway semantic layer, the same data can be read by all applications providing a single version of the truth to all consumers.
