Challenge

Delta Dental of New Jersey has over 500 SAP BusinessObjects reports that need to be generated and delivered into file system locations on a monthly basis. Some reports need to be consolidated into a single PDF file format and delivered on an ad-hoc basis to clients and brokers.

APOS Publisher automates the generation of reports and report packages to show client benefit utilization and enrollment, ensures our stakeholders and brokers receive reports in a timely manner, and allowing them to analyze data and make data-driven business decisions. APOS provides excellent service and technical support. The APOS technical support team is an outstanding team of professionals. They provided full support through upgrades and they were able to resolve some very challenging system issues we had after our SAP BusinessObjects upgrade.
