A global developer, manufacturer and distributor of mechatronic systems. Mechatronics is the interdisciplinary branch of engineering that integrates mechanical, electrical, electronic and software engineering.

Landscape & Core Challenge

This company's global IT infrastructure relies on SAP BW/4HANA to manage vast amounts of management, engineering, operations, sales and marketing data. They use SAP Analytics Cloud to analyze that data and present vendor cockpit and KPI reports. The company needed to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information to its vendors and management team, but found SAP Analytics Cloud Publications did not meet their requirements.

Problem: Personalization and timely delivery of reports to internal and external stakeholders could not be achieved using SAP Analytics Cloud Publications.

Without timely, personalized broadcasting of reports, SAP Analytics Cloud could not meet needed service levels with management and vendors.
